In the special, she is a quiet high school girl who is often ignored and forgotten. This makes her feel invisible and as if she doesn't matter. In this scene, she's reacting to a video that she feels was a waste of her time.  She wishes she can have her time back, and realizes that with the memory stone, she can wipe the audience's memory of watching the video.
