it's not..bad. you have potential. but in every audition you don't give melody to the words. let me explain. you sound like a robot who doesn't put inflections and poses in the right spots. and don't focus too much on the emotions. if you focused more on the emotions, we could surely give you another chance. and try not to be so loud when speaking, getting a good distance from the mic helps a lot ^^
