Fish is the hangman of Rapture, but he's also secretly a serial Killer. He's quick to fly into a rage when things aren't going his way, but for the most part he's calm. Maybe a little too calm to be considered normal. He's sadistic and takes great pleasure in what he does, a very cruel harsh man who's only enjoyment and pleasure in life is murdering young women.
He's rough and cruel, should not be taken lightly, though he'll almost be charming when you first meet him. The moment your back is turned he'll kill you without a second thought and enjoy every second of it.
