Frank Fontaine, anyone who's played bioshock will know him, for those who haven't, Frank is a con man who gets other people to do what he wants through manipulation and threats. He will kill if he has to and not batter an eye. A cold and calculated manipulator who's sole goal is to run Rapture and make as much money as possible no matter the cost. Frank is from the bronx, New York and has quite a thick bronx accent. He's confident and arrogant, but can be quick to rage if things aren't going his way. He has nothing but contempt for everyone else and thinks of everyone as a sucker, except for him.
