Yeah, I'd probably take those ones out of your demo. It's good practice in the "biz" not to take lines verbatim from cartoons, commercial spots, or other demos and put them in your own. If a director hears something they recognize as someone else's, they're less likely to cast you. They want to hear what you can do creatively, not how well you can do something someone else has already done. Also, you don't want to be accused of plagiarism either.
