Aksel is a young man, the movie director of the whole movie/script. He is extremely proud and happy of his work and is happy to show it to the world.

On a night in a huge auditorium cinema/theatre his movie premieres and is the announcer/speaker of the show. He talks aloud to the audience, 

we can feel how proud and happy and grateful he is!. (voice actor must be able to talk as if he was talking to a huge audience with alot of enthusiasm)
