Rigel is a star from the Orion constellation. He was one of the stars who lost his memory as well, so he ends up falsely working under someone’s control and locked in a jail cell for a lot of the series. He has a very laid-back personality, though in the trailer, he sounds weak (he’s dying). Although he never uses his ability, he can summon a bow and arrows to fight with.
