A small robot that is gifted to the girls are both a gift and a member of their police squad. They seem to be very informative, but likes to but into conversations just to point out the obvious. Although they are a robot, they Do try to show some sort of emotion. (Heads Up: This voice will probably be a little edited to sound more robotic!)
