A powerful meta-human from Vlatava, he can use his power to distort the balance of others. Vertigo plans to rule over Star City as he feels it offers more potential than his homeland. He is also very intelligent and skilled at manipulation making him a formidable enemy.

I know a lot of people like to base his voice off his animated counterparts but I am open to new interpretations. A Benedict Cumberbatch, Alan Rickman or David Kaye's Megatron inspired voice could work very well.

  • I can tell you missed me dearly. Who are you under that mask? Perhaps someone I have wronged, who knows? I kind of relish in the mystery of it, to unmask you now would feel undeserved.
