Principal of Werst Aver High. As far as Oyles is concerned, nothing is going on at Werst Aver. He usually takes the side of Ms. Mean because shes been working at the school longer (seniority bullshit, bla, bla, bla). He doesnt really get whats going on half the time, which is only a problem because he is such a powerful character.
Voice is that of an adult male, he almost always sounds a little confused or overwhelmed but dont over do it. Lower voice.
