Prince Jamie (age 16) is the only boy of the royal Pastel siblings. His discerning taste buds and intuition as a food critic are legendary. Also, a running joke in this comic is how incredibly pretty Jamie is, such that he is often mistaken for a very cute girl. I want this to be reflected in his voice. As such, he could feasibly be voiced by a male or female. Regardless, if you're chosen, be prepared for some great "kawaii" moments.
