Tammy's Skitty SURE is a tough Pokemon to control! Skitty's a hyper Pokemon who always gets a rush of blood when the time comes! And when she does get that rush, you gotta react quickly! Don't blink! Not right now! Skitty will escape out of her Pokeball without any warning, and will run off and away from Tammy's distance. No matter what dangerous position she puts herself and Tammy in, she'll just run around town when she feels like it! Not even looking both ways before she crosses the road OR caring what sort of Pokemon Pack she's running near! Skitty's just a ball of wild energy all around!

I want Skitty's voice to be accurate to Megumi Hayashibara's from the anime.  Again, always do your best even if Japanese voices are difficult for you!
