Short Cake is a 14 year old girl with a playfully sassy tone and energetic personality. Think Ruby Rose from RWBY, with a less squeaky voice and a bit more snark.
In the series, she is constantly trying to prove to Ridley she can help them with the hunting jobs. She sees him as somewhat of an adoptive older brother, and enjoys poking jokes at him accordingly, with hints of sibling-esk love mixed in.
Even with her eccentric nature, she never crosses into annoying territory and knows when to tone it down and be serious.
