The lord of Chalphy. An honorable man, Sigurd is well-loved by the vast majority of his subjects and inhabitants of the Jugdral continent. Sigurd fundamentally means well and legitimately wishes to help people, but is reckless and short-sighted. He was a close friend to Eldigan and Quan, both of whom he first met at Belhalla's military academy. The three of them made a vow to help one another should any of them ever be in a bind.

In this boss scene, Sigurd faces his lifelong friend in combat, not out of spite, but because of their knightly obligations to two warring countries. He tries desperately to make peace with Eldigan before their battle.
