A victim of unfortunate circumstances, Mikasa was orphaned at the age of eight after a rather terrifying break-in that led to the deaths of her parents. Taken in by an older cousin, Mikasa was forced to move but ended up making fast friends with Eren and Armin. That winter, she made a comment about needing to buy a scarf, Eren giving her his and insisting she keep it. She still does. Top of her class, her dream job is to become a lawyer. She also has a secret love for painting and violin. She is in her junior year.
