The main antagonist and the owner of the local joke shop. Topsy is a complete psychopath seings everything she does as one massive prank including genocide. she is extremly racist believing that Unicorns(Screwheads) and Pegasi(Buzzards) are trying to supresses the earth ponies and plots drive twilight sparkle to the brink of insanity and ultimatly kill her. release the spirit of chaos and create a world where earth ponies and the once insane are the only ones left sane. Topsy also has the uncanny abilitiy to perfectly mimic the voice of anyone she hears which she uses to her advantage many times.
