Adam, as a Faunus, once cared for creating equality between humans and Faunus to the point of becoming a great influence towards Blake. He had gradually started becoming more brash and spiteful with his actions that he ended up becoming someone with pent up aggression and rage.

We have everything humans have and more. Humans shouldn’t just fear the Faunus, they should serve the Faunus.
