Though Norm doesn't speak much at all, he's the primary antagonist of the film. A huge, hulking athlete, Norm towers over everyone around him. Most of his friends have never seen him angry. He's normally calm, helpful, and a good sport, but Chester the Otter's never fit in with the crowd... When things go REALLY south, Norm won't hesitate to beat that rascal into a pulp.
