I’m not an expert when it comes to audio editing and I need help in that department. However, please make sure you are able to do the following before auditioning.

- Mix Voice Audio With Instrumental Audio (Making Sure The Backing Music Doesn’t Overlap The Voices, But Also Make It Distinctly Heard)

- Provide Help To The Voice-Actors If They Are Unable To Enhance Their Voice Audio (So Reverb, Echo - Whatever’s Needed)

- Send Files To Me In A .MP3 Format

To audition, all I can think of is for you to tell me how experienced you are with audio editing and maybe send an example.
