GIR is an insane malfunctioning SIR unite pulled together at the last minute by the ALMIGHTY TALLEST to get rid of Zim. It is SUPPOSED to be a loyal servant and assistant but is basically an annoying toddler who won't shut up, and who gets distracted by the click of a pen. It often forgets what side It's on, and lets enemies into the house. A very sweet robot, but it's out of its mind.
