Doctor Baxter is a scientist who got fired from his job and runs an underground secret lab and was able to create an actual werewolf! However he is unaware that his team plans to use the werewolf for something more sinister than Doctor Baxter was planning. His voice is not that deep or intimidating, he's kind of like Frankenstein in a way.
