The owner of Bobby's Cellar, he runs the underground bar that serves as the hub for all mercenary business. He is an older man with a lot of spirit, playing into the rowdiness of his clientelle, who have a mutual respect for him. An older fellow who can get just as loud and rambuctious as his patrons
[Putting a stop to a fight, authoritive, laying down the rules as if hes scolding children]
"Okay, okay! Let's stop this. If you mess up my bar any more, I'm gonna have to ban you! Fists, okay. Swords, fine. Guns? No way.”
[Calling out to the patrons of his bar, standing on top of a table]
“Scoundrels! What do we do in this Cellar?”
[Mercenaries respond with "Drinks!"]
“So how do we settle something here?”
[Mercenaries respond with "Booze!"]
“Booze? I got an ocean of the stuff! So, what do you want?”
“Business is booming tonight! There's never a slump. I work and work and yet stay penniless. Makes me jealous!"
[Tony, while eating a sundae, makes a comment regarding how Bobby "eats what he earns]
“How about you tell me that after you outgrow kiddy deserts?”
