Twin of Alice Oakes he’s an energetic boy with intelligence hidden behind a childish personality, he enjoys annoying his sister and acting dramatic. He’s a sly boy, as he is one of Sir Dominic’s assistants in his wild adventures.
(If you can pull off voice acting both twins I welcome it greatly.)

[Happy/teasing] “Haha! Remember that time I convinced you the hum of the engine was the ship trying to talk! Oh! And you would stay up at night attempting to teach it to say hello! Hahaha!"

[Grand/Dramatic] “Ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls! To those who seek treasure and fame!”
([Bold] “There is a man of great, who has inventions to sell, and old tales to tell!”)

[Grand] “Introducing Sir Dominic Charles Edwards!”
[Welcoming/curious (Try and make each name in a different friendly tone)] “Hey Chester! Tyrone! James! And… New person?”
