The lead animatronic of the Susan's Pizza Palace chain. When on the stage and Oliver's "mother" in the shows that the duo do, Oliver usually being the focus of the plot and Susan fixing it while teaching life lessons. They do it so much it has started to have an effect offstage as well with Susan acting as Olivers motherly figure and keeping him in line. She always tries to be positive whenever she can. This leads to her sometimes overlooking obvious things such as leaks or fire.
