The legendary King Of Hearts, Cloak is an elusive figure who travels the Multiverse, but has been getting more and more sightings as of late. He's an extremely violent and skilled brawler, often times coming out of impossible odds, injured, but victorious due to sheer force of will power.
Cloak should sound deep, gravely, and raspy. Very much with a constant "Get the Hell out of my face" edge to it. He's essentially done with the Multiverse's crap after it dealt him some of the worst hands in history.
"Ugh, why am I always stuck babysitting? I'm too busy for this bullcrap. The Multiverse is in danger and you expect me to just sit on my ass watching these kids? To Hell with that! Now get out of my way!"
