Voice is mostly whatever fits the most, there is no specific type we are looking for. Mostly just the voice of that of a woman

Wexel is a kind fox like mutant the party meets on their way to a cultist town. She has dark long blue hair, pale skin, green eyes, and white fox ears. No tail. 

Wexel is mostly calm and sophisticated. She tends to have a slight temper, but mostly comes across as levelheaded, despite being in an apocalyptic setting.

    "My hometown is that of a snake's den..nothing but venomous cultist and wretches."
