He offers devilish deals and is likely a planeswalker of some kind as he has appeared on multiple worlds. For his voice I expect something deep and patronizing. He does not interfere in things directly. Only offering ideas and suggestions, solutions at a price.
"You'd better do something. I can't keep him out of your head forever."
"I don't know what you ever saw in him. You're nothing to him but a puzzle to be solved. And he's nothing to you, nothing whatsoever. Or did I misunderstand you?"
