Tonality-wise, I thought it was fine. There's an air of status, of superiority, and authority - all the things that a boss might need. Maybe a touch more on the "officialness" of this meeting and the tone to reflect it a bit more. The only thing about your audition was the pacing. If cast, I'd direct you to be about 70-80% of that speed.
