Tom Trench is the second main reporter alongside Katie Killjoy, he has a very nice tone in his voice replicating a news reporter greatly, when sending files perhaps muffle the audio a bit to make it appear as though as you talk you're wearing a gas mask. Ideally you can take this personality and embrace it so you can improvise as him efficiently.
