Tussle is a member of the town guard, and Skirmish's twin sister. She's a bit ditzy and easy to confuse, but a brilliant strategist when she actually knows what's going on. Off duty, she's social and a bit hyper, so put some energy into your voice.
Tussle is a recurring side character. She will appear frequently, but not necessarily for long periods of time in each occasion.
(confused) Huh? Run that by me again? (pause; realization) Ohhh! Okay! ...wait, what does that mean?
(happily suggesting a plan) Why don't we try going in through the back? Or the roof? Nobody ever guards the roof!
(annoyed) Come on, you know I hate big words!
