Chrono-Tender is an ethereal being, They're in charge of controlling the ChronoScape. They're a bit snarky with a pessimistic side. I currently have no preference on style of voice, since they are just a being with no gender, so go nuts!
(Sort of sighingly admitting defeat, Think a long day at work)
Chrono-tender: “Whether I stop it now or when you originally asked we’ll be here for that long regardless.”
(Matter of factly, They dont like this)
Chrono-Tender: “Preferably no, but I was formed to aid the Divers in their research and enlightenment of memories, I can't deny your request.”
(Smug, Cheeky, They want to but wont)
Chrono-Tender: “Are you perhaps mixing Dive Information? Shall I report you to the Angelic council?”
