Hi Joseph! Thanks for auditioning. Love your deep resonance! However, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. 1. It was too fast - you talk like someone who is in their late 20's, early 30's. Take a look at the manga pages, ascertain the age of the boss, and take that into consideration. 2. This voice is not quite what I had in mind for this character - he needs to be aged a bit more on his voice. Are you able to do this? 3. It's coming off as really aggressive. Try to pull it back and give it an air of superiority (you are the boss, after all) and a "professional" scolding, if that makes sense, to these two people. If you'd like to re-audition, I welcome it!
