2 - The green man is the grim reaper called Kork. A slow talker, yet an effective worker. Tries his best to stay fair but is always in a hurry and has an overweight bird on his shoulder that he speaks to consistently. If I can compare what his voice should sound like, imagine Kronk from the emperors new groove....just not a blatant copy.
