Mario is the announcer/referee. Whenever a match is about to begin, he is there. I don't want an accent here, in fact, I would like something similar to a sports announcer. Looks up boxing announcers for reference. (Think: LET'S GET READY TO RUUUUMMMBBBBLLLLEEEEE!!!!)

Mario isn't too important to the plot overall.
