Original Text Adventure {NEW PAGE IN BIO}
H2Gamer for Various Background Characters *CLOSED*
This role will likely be cast to multiple people, as we'll need a variety of voices for some of the smaller roles - so guards, shopkeepers, background characters, etc. We've put the price as $2 so far, but this could increase depending on how many of these you end up being cast for, the possibility of recurrences of said characters and how you might be more on-call than some of the other roles for once Chapter 2 is complete. (So effectively, $2 per character!)
Context- The first set of lines is from a dying guard, who's being interrogated by & hiding secrets from the player. The second is from a Captian of the Guard who's training with their recruits. The third is from some of the recruits who are going after one of the characters.
We're open to your interpretations of these roles!
*DEADLINE- 03/03/2020*
Would you bow to one who has no right to their place? Who likely wouldn't last a week in their position? Who would so readily accept their fate?
They laugh a little through their gritted teeth
I betrayed no King. He didn't deserve a chance, he's not the true monarch.
They wince as Prio digs his knee into their abdomen a little harder
("So who is?! Did they get you to kill him?")
They splutter
Like I'd tell you...
They cough a little, the pressure from Prio's knee making it painful and difficult for them to breathe
This place is mysterious. Truth be told, I only know little of what goes on behind closed doors, and even that's only through word of mouth. Hooded figures, all-seers, they who orchestrate this sick game. Information is value here, lives a currency to be thrown away in search of it.
A little blood begins to trickle down their jaw, the scarlet tinting their lips
And I'll tell you none of what I know.
Their mouth corners snarl, turning into a haunting grimace.
Stop dallying!! Are you ready? CHARGE!!
Good, but not there yet. You’re still too tight with your stance. Keep your knees bent, take deep breaths, and maintain that posture next time.
Ah, but of course! Our White Knight, running in to save the girl from the peasants. Truly a hero of our time, Sire!
What, didn't bring your army? Or - aah, I see. Want a fair go at the damsel yourself, eh?
Wouldn't want any competition, right? Sweep the common whore off her feet!
They guffaw
