Jeff is very confident and can be very rude sometimes. Though he can be an asshat at times, when you come down to it he's a nice guy, even if he is a serial killer. He plays a significant role in this series so I may call on this role a lot. 

  • "I can't believe they actually find him scary.. " in a grumbled tone

  • "Just die already!" angry, but out of breath

  • "Go. To Sleep!" a quiet and pleased tone
