Garret is your Typical Pyrotechnic man, He never really got to do anything else with his life, after setting up for a light show for a popular band he ends up getting evacuated and taken to a military base and locked in a cell.
Garret is a serious, and has very realistic views of the world. He can sometimes come off as rude, and sometimes goes overboard without realizing it.
