There is news coverage everywhere so chances are that no one else will attempt to remove the nerve gear. I hope this brings you some comfort as there is no longer any way to revive yourself in the game, if your hp drops to zero your avatar will be deleted from the system forever and the nerve gear will simultaneously destroy your brain. There's only one way for a player to escape now, you must beat the game.

Click that and input these settings: Roomsize: 40 m² Reverb time: 4 s Damping: 0.9 Input bandwidth: 0.75 Dry signal level: 0 dB Early reflection level: -22 dB Tail level: -28 dB I'm sorry this was a long comment, but in case the perfect voice comes along (or already has) I don't want anyone missing the full experience of sounding like Akihiko Kayaba!
