Joan is the owner of the semi-successful pub where Duke works. She is very kind and supportive (a real people-person), but she's also a very serious businesswoman and knows her stuff.
Her voice is up for interpretation, so try to depict her as best as possible.

I wasn't sure if you intended to list this as a male/female character, so in case you did, I auditioned as a male version of the character!
Sorry leczorn! I totally didn't realize that Joan was listed as Male/Female. Alas, this role is supposed to be targeted towards female voice actors (the role should be fixed now). I appreciate your audition anyway, and thanks for keeping me on my toes!
