A one-off minor role.  The Winter Star representative has come to the temple of the Goddess to give an offering from the people of the Winter Star, but has run into some trouble along the way.

  • "Please... are the rumors true?  Is the Goddess really here, in physical form?"

  • "Ah, what a relief.  Please tell the Goddess that the Winter Star sends its blessings.  But... On the first day of the festival, a fiery comet tore across the sky.  The heat it radiated was so intense that our planet's ice and snow began to melt... and the sculpture we hoped to present as an offering was ruined."

  • "Perhaps so... But the comet... Our people are beginning to fear the worst."
