Phellonpospy (Fell-on-Foss-Fee) is a half-dead fighter. His spirit manifested into a free-flowing physical form, which allows him to interact with others in his surroundings. He is overly confident, and self centered. He brags constantly about his false accomplishments. His voice should be in the Medium or Medium-High range, with a careless/brag-y tone.
