In this scene of the anime, Hiyoko has basically drugged everyone with Teruteru's aphrodisiac soup so all the characters are all hot and bothered and not acting how they normally do. Please refer to the video in the casting call's description for more details.

Like Akane, Nekomaru isn't acting seductively like everyone else. In the first line, he's concerned about Akane since she said she was feeling strange after collapsing. For the last two lines, the sexy soup has kicked in for him as well and he's more so flustered over the fact that she's so close to him.

Nekomaru should be voiced by a male with a deeper voice. Exact voice impressions aren't at all mandatory, but I would like the voice you provide to stay true to the character.
