Kadir is a Legion Centurion, responsible for the death of Rue, the women Eve was in love with.

He is highly devoted to the will of Caesar and his Legion and makes this clear in his speech. The player meets Kadir when Eve requests to track him down in vengeance.

He is a man with some sense of honor and takes his position as a Centurion seriously.

Line 1 is said when first met, the Courier trespassing on Legion territory.  

Line 2 is spoken after the player challenges him to combat, playing on his sense of honor.
