Hiruzen Sarutobi, known as Lord 3rd - Lord Hokage of the Hidden Leaf is a charismatic leader who seeks out the good in his students and in his fellow shinobi. Hiruzen came from an era of war, where all villages waged war against one another for the sake of land or power. Hiruzen took a stand at his youth and lead an attack which made Lord 2nd - Tobirama realize in his final hour that Hiruzen will make a fine Hokage. Hiruzen is precieved with much respect and is an honorable leader to his people, to the ninjas, to all of Konoha!

Very Nice, I love the uniqueness, your own twist on the character. If you have no seen Naruto, Hiruzen sounds nothing like this, but I like the route you are going with this.
