Myra is the second main character of Strings. She is Millian's love interest, a sweetheart, but has a very tough uprising
She is known for her sweet, loving voice. Please make sure to listen to her voice claim before auditioning.
If you are cast, please be prepared for ALOT of acting. She is the most emotionally straining character to play.
Requirements:
-Ability to sing
-Ability to talk in a sweet, motherly tone.
-Comfortable little cursing, she does not curse much if at all
-Ability to act in a very big array of emotions. Myra goes monotonously broken to insane from time to time.
-Ability to repeat words multiple times.
-Ability to stick to a role
-Sexual, and dark themes will be involved with this character. Not anything gross or illegal though, obviously.
(Brainwashed/Dazed but still sweet sounding in tone)
-I don't think you should call me by my name, that isn't what I am
-I know you paid well money for this, but the man who let you told you the rule of calling me by what I am. I'm not a walking person I don't have an identity, just call me by what you're supposed too. Just call me candy.
(Stern/Upset)
-Everything, now leave me be. I just want to be in a silent room. Let me gather myself, I don't know what I'm doing. Just leave me be
(Casual)
-Just a normal dress as always those are comfortable. Make sure it's a button-up from the back though, please.
-It must be really hard. But, I think we'll figure something out. Everything is always figured out somehow. I feel terrible though.. that I was probably the reason to cause him to go blind. It was just a moment of dissociated rage, I would never do that if I was right in the head at the moment, honest.
