Izel tries to keep a calm and collected persona about her, but is known to get snappy with the guilds of her city who act on her behalf to handle problems that need immediate attention.  She takes her job rather seriously which doesn't leave much room for fun and relaxation. The stress is mostly what drives her to snappiness, but she does care deeply for her city and for her friends. Some also see her as a bit single minded, willing to ignore or bulldoze over certain facts in her pursuit of her goals.
