There will be various parts without a major purpose in the plot. However, these still need to have voices. To voice these characters (whoever they may be), you need to be good at changing the tone and demeanor of your voice. Try out these lines:
(As a maid) “They’re very busy, madam... well, we’ve prepared a nice breakfast for you, in order to provide you with sufficient energy to get through the day.”
(As a judge) “Wow, that was a stunning performance! The raw emotion presented in your act blew me away.”
(As a teacher) “Good morning students! Welcome to your first year at OHS. I’ll be your teacher, Ms. Russo. Before we start, how about we get to know one another by introducing ourselves, and sharing one interesting fact? I’ll go first.”
