Billy is an undercover cop, he usually goes undercover as a child, due to his... Stature. His imitation of a child's voice is, not good. Not good at all. But somehow, it "works every time." 

As for his regular voice, it's gravely, serious, and has a strong hint of New York in it. (Honestly, its basically Danny DeVito's voice.) 

  • (Regular voice) "Priest John K. You're under arrest."

  • (Imitating a child's voice) "So, what was the plan again Mr. K? And uh, could ya get a bit closer." 

  • (Regular voice) "I've been doing this job for thirty six years! I don't need dumb, dumber, and dopey lookin' ova my shoulder, Chief. "
