Ocerius is a servant of the King and leader of the council. He gives a lot more leeway to Zahc than the king approves but he truly sees great potential in the young knight. He is quick to remind others of their duties.

Not a bad audition but I keep thinking of C-3PO and unfortunately I don't find that a suitable fit for this role. Good effort though!
