Mitsue (Mitt-sue-ay Toe-she) is young, however not nearly as young as he appears to be. As a fifteen year old in the body of a twelve year old, Mitsue has a lot of tricks up his sleeve. His childish charm is often enough to sway the most hardened and stubborn to do his bidding. While this talent is mostly used for small things, he has taken it a bit farther once or twice.
